• High School Diploma, Degree in Hospitality Management an advantage
  • At least 5 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star Hotel/International experience required
  • Fine Dining experience preferred
  • Experienced in managing at least 15 staff
  • Proven track record working as a Restaurant Supervisor
  • Requires excellent communication skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language/s used in the workplace. Ability to speak another language will be an advantage (excluding English)
